Excellent hotel with amenities like wi-fi, fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find transport. On another stay, they quickly switched my room. I’ll be back for Christmas!

Clean room! The housekeeping team deserves praise because I couldn’t find any dust. Comfortable bed helped me sleep well, which is rare for me. However, I faced a few issues. The pool was too cold for safe use, and I was really looking forward to relaxing there. The elevator trapped me and my friends inside briefly, which was a bit nerve-wracking. The noisy air fresheners in the halls triggered my asthma, causing a headache. Also, I wished for a discount or complimentary breakfast at the hotel restaurant since we dined there multiple times. The valet service was slow. I had to wait over 15 minutes just to drop off my keys. Despite these hiccups, I would consider staying again hoping for improvements.

On my solo trip, I found this place to be a hidden gem. The layout of the room was spacious, which was great for my needs, and the bathroom design was interesting, despite the lack of privacy at night. A major highlight was the cleanliness—it feels rare to find a pet-friendly hotel that maintains such high standards. I appreciated the secure parking, even though it was a bit of a hike with luggage. Exploring downtown was easy, with places like the Two Rivers Gallery and Connaught Hill Park just a short walk away, making my stay even more enjoyable.

However, the glass bathroom wall lacked privacy, leaving us feeling exposed. Parking was challenging, as the free lot was across the street. Consider arriving early to find a good spot.
